We offer services in the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of control and automation cabinets, as well as high-quality low-voltage and high-voltage electrical equipment for power distribution. We carry out the assembly of control cabinets at our own production facilities.

Types of control cabinets in competency of INFOCOM Sp. z o.o.

Cabinets of L2 level (server cabinets, network cabinets with active and passive network equipment), work and engineering stations for organization of visualization of technological processes and other necessary information, organization of reception, transmission and processing of production and technical information);
Control cabinets of L1 level for technological processes and equipment (PLC cabinets, MCC cabinets, distributed peripherals, reactive power compensation cabinets, etc.);
Control cabinets of L0 level for equipment control (control and measuring devices, sensors, technical means that perform the functions of blocking and protection, switching, control signals to the actuators and manual control of equipment).

Stages of production of control cabinets, control panels, automation cabinets

- Design work. At this stage, the design documentation is executed, engineering solutions are prepared based on the customer’s Technical Assignment and the collected initial data.
- Components supply. Based on the developed project, we purchase all the necessary equipment for the next production. As INFOCOM sp. z o.o. is a partner of the most famous European brands, we offer our customers the most optimal terms for the supply of components.
- Equipment manufacturing. Manufacturing of control cabinets is carried out at our own production facilities, with staff training and using all the necessary materials.
- Equipment testing. Functional and safety testing is the penultimate stage of production. During the test, a special test report is filled out, which, together with the product passport, is prepared for shipment.
- Packing. Control cabinets are dimensional products, the weight of which may exceed 100, 200, 500 kg, therefore, packaging of such products is carried out taking into account the crate of products to prevent external and internal damage during transportation.

Quality assurance and warranty period from INFOCOM sp. z o.o. as a manufacturer of control cabinets

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery of the equipment.

Due to the fact that the manufactured control cabinets are subject to quality control at every stage of production, from design review and incoming inspection during warehouse storage to test trials and preparation of test reports, we can guarantee the reliability and durability of our equipment. Quality and reliability allow us to build long-term relationships with our customers.
