Modernization of chillers for an existing finished goods warehouse with replacement of drives in Indonesia

When modernizing devices, it is possible to identify errors in the installation of the system from the very beginning.

Therefore, the goal of our team was to correct errors at all possible levels of chiller operation.

INFOCOM sp. z o.o. has performed a number of works:

• design of control cabinets and cable systems
• development of chiller control software and integration into the existing plant control system
• electrical installation works at the facility:
  1. dismantling of existing/installation of new cable support systems
  2. dismantling of existing/installation of new cables for connection of motors and field devices
  3. installation and connection of MCC Sivacon S8, PLC, OP, VSD Sinamics G150 (2 pcs.), PFC unit cabinets
• commissioning and adjustment works
